I have read about “the 3.5 rated Chinese cafes are the best ones” on Yelp and Google and in some cases it has seemed to be accurate in the past. I wonder if that same dynamic will manifest itself in Beli. Because there will always be a certain percentage of the rating public who do not like “authentic” food that does not conform to their ideas of what it should be.
And lord knows what the definition of authentic ought to be…
