I decided to stick to the Italian theme for dinner tonight.
Viaggio on Dundas W is closing their patio tomorrow. I decided to have dinner there tonight.
My first course was the bagna cauda, comprised of grilled shishitos, roasted delicata and roasted kabocha topped with a smoked trout bagna cauda. My second course was a Cavatelli with duck confit, charred carrot, tamarind and créme fraiche. It worked. Unconventional, delicious.
Both dishes were seasoned perfectly for my taste.
