I know almost nothing about InstaGram… I think its a place where people post pictures??
Sunshine has a niece on InstaGram, and she wanted us to see a picture of her and her new boyfriend, but that is the limit of my exposure on the platform. I don’t know why the niece didn’t just email the pics to Sunshine – but OK.
I had to have a Facebook account for work. When I retired, I kept the account but made a slight change in my profile name. Someone out there challenged my legitimateness, I couldn’t prove my profile name with an ID, so I got kicked out. FB can be a real rabbit hole however, it was great for spying on certain activities going on with the ‘outlaws’. I don’t miss it at all. Who has the time?

The first two fit my general notions that I’ve had forever. Except I’d add boredom eating to the hedonistic description (not a perfect fit, but it doesn’t go into the other two).
The third (biome) meets studies I’ve read over the past year or so as I became interested in fasting again.
Dr. *** just made my day. Yesterday I had a colonoscopy and an edoscopy. Lower ok, upper revealed a hiatal hernia which is causing my GURD. I read my physician notes this morning and he called me delightful and said "She is chronologically ** but physiologically much younger than stated age.
That makes no sense to me. Wouldn’t the juices just evaporate/drip away?

I almost always cross-hatch breasts (boneless or bone-in) if there’s a marinade, like for Italian flavored breasts or what not. Not sure if it really matters all that much - I think it’s just something I got advice on 30 years or more ago and kept doing. But by analogy, I also cross-hatch a slab of round or whatever intended to be a London Broil before I marinade it. Probably for the same reason - I’m guessing my old Home & Garden cookbook said to do so.
