My thoughts exactly. My dad had no problem when he had one - the problem was with the results, not the procedure!
Your musical imagination is definitely more developed than mine!
I don’t remember a white light. Maybe it was not Heaven that I went to temporarily?![]()

Interesting guy.
Sofa king wrong.
Nice one, btw. I still have 4 words left and it is driving me insane.
I can’t get the pangram but don’t tell me I like suffering.
For once, my PIC got it. And he sucketh at word games.
Bet you’ll get it eventually.
Argh. That darn tomtit gets me every time. At least I remembered today.
2 to go…
ETA: DONE. Finally. Now I can move on to more important things ![]()
Bellini isn’t allowed either. They have something against cocktails. Maybe they consider them proper nouns.
I haven’t got the pangram yet. My husband got it pretty quickly and will now be insufferably gloaty for the rest of the day.
Okay, I got it. I knew what it was a while ago, but decided to throw an extra “t” in, for some reason.
Sameeeee.
Pretty sure martini was allowed recently.
I think Bellini actually is a proper noun. Although I don’t know why.
So I dismantled my rocket stove (its just cinder blocks placed in a pattern) and hid it in the garage. The house behind me was for sale, and I didn’t want to affect their ability to sell it (with my rocket stove in the backyard). After about a month, the house sold and I met my new neighbor, yesterday. We got to talking and he really likes “outdoor cooking” and started talking about making an outdoor kitchen. I asked him if it was OK, if I put my rocket stove back up. He didn’t know what that was, so I showed him – and he asked me to build one for him.
Good job.

How could you post that and not link to the how-to?
@Lectroid Skip to 2:30 into the video, his first attempt failed, his second attempt worked. I used an angle grinder with a tile blade to make the cuts required.
Now that I know my new neighbor is OK with my rocket stove, I’ve got some scrap granite that I’ll cut and attach (mortar mix) to the outside to make it pretty & more permanent.
