Yesterday, the Youtube rabbit hole took me to a riff about menus (“Potatoes of the Night”) by the jovial, irrepressible, politically incorrect stand-up Scotsman, Billy Connolly. He reflected upon ordering Mexican dishes: It’s all the same food. The only difference is how it’s folded!
