Stumbled across Funke over the weekend.  It is a really well done documentary about a smart, flawed, pasta obsessed chef.  It is also a pretty real look into the difficultly of the modern restaurant industry and economics of same.   Beyond all that - it will make you crave a big warm bowl of hand made pasta!  The not so good -  my husband now walks around the kitchen saying “unfuck your station” a lot.

          My husband would do the same - just what I need. My favorite chef quote is from the old Tony Bourdain show intro: “Shouldn’t you be doing something?” You’d be surprised by how often it’s appropriate.
