I don’t use these, but I hear friends and coworkers bemoaning how they don’t get enough protein all the time. The FDA doesn’t test over the counter supplements, so consumers are very much in a “buyer beware” situation here.

Ugh. First cinnamon, now this. I consume both as supplements so I’m probably a goner…luckily I don’t seem to have many of the listed lead side effects: Just irritability, which I chalk up to aging and being generally annoyed with the state of the world at the moment!

I mean they probably do, but I also don’t rule out that a bunch of them may also eat mostly ultra processed garbage.

Im already seeing it being used as a marketing tool to not use plant based protein. (Like…seriously?)
I just replaced my cinnamon. All of this mostly makes my head hurt.
