Made In Cookware

A shame with the warping. Can I ask what cooktop you use them on. Gas, induction or ceramic ?

ceramic cooktop. I tried to use a mallet to hammer it back into flatness, but no luck. The pan still work, and I am still using it.

I pitched my Made In carbon pan. Very disappointing. Their other studd that I have I’m pleased with.

So in your experience, what don’t you like about the carbon steel pan? Warping? You like the stainless steel cladded, right?

I’m still liking my Madein carbon steel, and it does daily duty. I use an older Lodge cast iron for serious searing, but the Madein is a daily driver. The only use a non stick pan gets from me is for eggs.

I don’t remember why I tossed the carbon steel pan. I have others, not Made In, that are just fine. And the Made In stainless is quite nice.
