I’m not sure if this counts as a typo or… something else. Either way, should I ever walk into an establishment and am handed a menu anything like this, I would be tempted not only to immediately leave, but possibly burn the entire operation to the ground.

They are clearly targeting a market segment of which I am not a part: I speak, read, and write English.

Being ‘creative’ with spelling, i.e. in this case in a phonetic way requires knowing spelling pretty well, I would say 
That said, def not the demographic for this either, but I’m not huge on bar food, regardless of how it’s spelled.
Does “cutesy” spelling / intentional misspelling / making up words for things that have words irk you here on HO or is the concentration of them on the menu?
I am not against the occasional “ACK-shully” or “totes adorbs” for a little liguistic color, but I will confess that an entire conversation of “y u so 
, fr, fr” will immediately make me assume the other person has a mental age of 12.
A whole damned menu written like some combination of baby talk and LOLCAT speak from 2004 feels like an open act of hostility towards your customers.
