Wednesday is my PIC’s long day, and it’ll be a cold one. I’m torn between a shrimp & corn chowder or that tortellini soup Lulusmom made recently.
Thursday is a bit too far off at this time. If my gal pals don’t get together Monday, I might organize a get-together.
Friday or Saturday might be the poker game that never happened this weekend bc of these two guys ![]()
Sunday is another potluck I organize regularly for my local cooking group — probz the last one of the year, what with all the holidays coming up. I’ve not yet decided what to make, but Mississippi roast is a possible candidate.
