I didn’t know that Katz’s made a brisket that wasn’t cured or smoked.
Incidentally, I wasn’t a huge fan of the pastrami we got yesterday, but I do want to try the brisket sammiches at Famous 4th St Deli.

I’m living in North Florida now and kosher deli is non-existent. I have ordered from Katz but I’d love to make it myself. I make a great braised brisket that gets raves, but I’m looking for a deli style. Someofthese look like they might work. Thanks.
