Is this pickled garlic spoiled? Can I eat the healthy cloves?

Hello,
The expiration date has not passed and it is a factory product. Why did these spots appear?

Is it harmful to consume this product?

The product quality is low, right?

I’d toss it all.

What is the product? Looks like it was roasted before pickling.

It’s gross,toss it,don’t take a chance.

If it’s a commercially made product, a look at the label would be helpful. As @Babette noted, the toes look like they may have been roasted, in which case the dark spots shouldn’t pose a problem.

Yes, I think it is Cooked Garlic Pickled.
Should I throw away the whole jar? Or just the black spot cloves? Can I eat the other garlic cloves that look healthy?(that appear visually unaffected)

if the black spots are rot or weren’t there when you first opened the jar, then no, I would not eat the rest of the jar

When I opened the jar, there were black spots.

I purchased 24 of these jars.
All of them made from 9 months ago and All of them have this problem.
I can see these dark spots from the outside of the glass before opening it.

Label. Show us the label.

That seems like the opposite side of the label. Maybe if you turned it around and took another picture?

No label? How about the top of the lid?

You can see part of the label on the left side of the jar

Could you tell me why you want the label?
If I post a picture of the label, the factory might sue me for damaging its brand and product.
The factory owners are rich and have lots of lawyers.

Ah, yes. I see that now. Not quite enough though.

Good luck.

Then throw it out. I want to see what the label says, maybe something about ingredients, how it was processed, anything that might be helpful. A picture of the back of the jar may as well have been taken at midnight on the dark side of the moon.
