What’s the diff? The second slice of TOAST?

interestingly, grilled cheese in Greece are called Toasts/ Toasts. Since they go by the same name as North American toast, they’re welcome here.

Same with the British Toastie, also a form of fully loaded Grilled Cheese.

Also closely related in form to the Portuguese Tostas.Tosta Mista is a grilled bam and cheese sandwich.
