Harry & David pears are in for those who enjoy them.
The Asian pears have been excellent this season.

It sounds like perfectly run of the mill maple butter. It’s maple, so it’s shockingly sweet, and why you’d want to spread it on toast is likewise completely beyond me. Put it on some pancakes, maybe?
TJ’s cracked wheat sourdough and regular sourdough is stable in the frig for along time. keeps in freezer very well.
I guess you’ve never had honey on toast? Highly recommend.
In any case, pancakes and toast are both plain carb carriers, so not sure why it’s so surprising.
Toast, savory carbs. Pancakes, sweet carbs. THOSE ARE THE RULES.
So sad to limit yourself unnecessarily.
What you might discover if you explored beyond and stumbled onto savory pancakes and sweet toasts!
Tell that to everyone who puts jam on their toast and see how far it gets you.

Not that any of it matters, beyond not yucking people’s yum, that is.
Well I don’t recall anyone saying that it was yummy. Besides which, are we not allowed to express negative opinions on this thread? I guess we should eliminate NAY in that case.
Indeed, NAY away to a product you don’t like.
Negative opinion to someone’s comment about a product is not that.
Most products that incorporate maple syrup are way too sweet for me.
And this is just pure maple syrup whipped to a spreadable state.
I love savory pancakes! And I don’t go as far as honey or maple syrup on toast, but butter and jam, yes, not just for Frances!
Maple syrup on French Toast, fine for me in small amounts. It goes well with the egginess of French toast for me.
I could have sworn there’s a general TJ’s thread, which is probably where this belongs, but my searching luck is on walkabout.
It’s linked in the header
But.. but…
Cinnamon toast!!
Let’s see… Cinnamon toast is a sub-variety of French Toast, which is a poor English translation of “pain perdu” and so is not toast at all. There, fixed it! ![]()
