Iraqi food after a long walk through town with roughly 2K of our closest friends ![]()
Ish took forEVAH to come out, but the falafel was just as great as I remembered from our first visit.
Lamb pide was pretty unremarkable. Very cheesy, lil light on tha meatz.
Still don’t understand the point of the sauce that comes with it, either. Like a green aioli. Meh.
Our friends got the baba ganoush with freshly baked sesame flatbread,
two lamb shish kebab wraps, and chicken shish taouk over that lovely saffron rice.
Much as I love supporting a local business, until they get more staff or their shit together, I won’t be back. Just not worth the wait, even for the falafel.
