Yes, in fact the katchapuri was a little long in the tooth.. it was what was left in the bag after several of the pizzette fritte. It took less time to put together than for my small oven to come to temperature. Instant lunch!

Grilled eggplant and zucchini, vinegar/honey agrodolce, basil and prosciutto crispies. Skillet toasted sourdough bread to dip in the veggie juices.
An amoeba shaped pastry, almond flour and sliced almonds; pastry filled with diced plums, plum jam and a smidgen of ginger preserves.

Hahaha! It didn’t strike me like that until the black background made it obvious! I liked the filling and will probably repeat in something else. I’m eating my fair share of vegetables lately!

Tried channeling @Mr_Happy and his delectable kra pao with my leftover Thai fried rice, and promptly overcooked the eggs ![]()
Still tasty, but would’ve preferred runny yolks…

I made a test batch of (Potato & Cheese) Pierogies for lunch. Sunshine loved them, she ate the entire plate. I asked her what sauce she wanted on them and she said plain.
Sunshine had outpatient surgery yesterday (and is recovering fine), but I wasn’t expecting her to want to eat that much. I was happily wrong and she cleaned the plate.
